Steps to Exchange or Return:
- Please email us at service@kzsport.shop with a photo of the received product and a detailed description of the defect or reason for the return/exchange.
- Our customer service team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a return/exchange label.
- Carefully pack the item and ship it to 37 Ruby Dr, Claymont, Delaware 19703, United States.
- When shipping the package, include the order number, shipping/return date, item, and quantity.
Return Shipping Costs:
KZsport provides prepaid return labels. We are responsible for return shipping costs. These labels will be sent to you via email for download and printing.
Restocking Fees:
There are no restocking fees for returned items.
Replacement Process:
Upon receiving your returned item, our inspection team will evaluate it. If an exchange is necessary, we will send a replacement item and notify you with the tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipping to your original purchase address.
REFUND
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days if approved.
Total Refund:
You will receive the full purchase amount, including any shipping costs you paid.
How to Receive Your Refund:
Approved refunds will be credited to your credit card or original payment method within 3 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
