Refund and Returns Policy

KZsport cares about our customer’s purchasing experience, and we are sorry if our products do not satisfy you. We accept returns/exchanges for any reason.

Policy Duration:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.

Item Condition for Returns/Exchange:

Items must be in new condition.

Steps to Exchange or Return:

  1. Please email us at service@kzsport.shop with a photo of the received product and a detailed description of the defect or reason for the return/exchange.
  2. Our customer service team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a return/exchange label.
  3. Carefully pack the item and ship it to 37 Ruby Dr, Claymont, Delaware 19703, United States.
  4. When shipping the package, include the order number, shipping/return date, item, and quantity.

Return Shipping Costs:

KZsport provides prepaid return labels. We are responsible for return shipping costs. These labels will be sent to you via email for download and printing.

Restocking Fees:

There are no restocking fees for returned items.

Replacement Process:

Upon receiving your returned item, our inspection team will evaluate it. If an exchange is necessary, we will send a replacement item and notify you with the tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipping to your original purchase address.

REFUND

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days if approved.

Total Refund:

You will receive the full purchase amount, including any shipping costs you paid.

How to Receive Your Refund:

Approved refunds will be credited to your credit card or original payment method within 3 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received your refund within 3-5 business days after our notification, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer; it might take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank as there is often a processing period before a refund is posted.
